2.5 Tbsp sugar

1 tsp onion powder

1.5 tsp lemon juice

1.5 tsp Worcestershire sauce


Instructions

1. Whisk all ingredients together in a small saucepan.

2. Bring to a simmer over medium heat.

3. Reduce heat to low and let simmer uncovered for 1 hour.

4. Stir occasionally until sauce is reduced by half (about 1.5 cups).

5. Let cool and transfer to a jar for storage.

Notes
